Shipping & Delivery

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and USA holidays.

Some orders can take 2-3 days to process, please be patient we will get your order out as soon as we can.

Please double check your address, especially if ordering after a few beers. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days. *(Note: All Shipping addresses are verified through US Postal service, If you are unsure of your shipping address, Please refer to USPS.com, does not apply to international addresses).

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

SHIPPING RATES:

USA (Domestic Shipping):

Standard shipping within the US is free on all orders, express and other options are available at checkout and are calculated accordingly. Please note if you choose standard shipping and your parcel is marked as delivered, we will not take any responsibility for missing items.

CANADA:

Orders to Canada under $100 have a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping. Orders over $100 receive free shipping.

USA & CANADA DELIVERY TIMES:

Orders within the United States should arrive within 2-5 days. If you're left hanging, get in touch and we will look into it. 

Orders outside the US can be held up at customs. Although this rarely happens, we have no control over how long these items are held. Typically orders to Canada take between 7-14 days to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

International customers (outside of USA) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

INTERNATIONAL GROUND SHIPPING:

NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Even more for slow-to-ship countries see below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fee's due to the geographical location.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.

TRACKING YOUR ITEM:

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your threads have shipped which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package (if applicable).

DELIVERY OF ITEMS:

In the event a customer’s tracking number states delivery was made to the customers address, YDB does not offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been delivered. If an item is not received when tracking information confirms delivery, please contact the designated shipping company (USPS or FedEx) for assistance.
